After years of working across domestic, commercial, industrial, HVAC and solar jobs, Nic has seen just about everything. He’s worked alongside some seriously talented people — on the tools and running projects — and to be fair, most of them knew their stuff.
The funny part? The actual electrical work was rarely the issue.
More often than not, the dramas came from everything around the job — lack of communication, timelines that were… let’s call them “optimistic”, and not being upfront with clients. You’d finish a job that looked great, but the client was still frustrated, which is not exactly a ‘win’.
After seeing that play out more times than he can count, Nic figured — surely we can do better than this.
That’s where Coast to Coast Power started.
He’s not here to build the biggest or fastest-growing company going around.
The focus is on doing things properly — without the chaos, the guesswork, or those awkward “we’ll figure it out later” conversations.
Too many businesses try to grow flat out before they’ve got the right people or systems in place, and it shows.
